We specialize in the sale of digital, non-tangible goods in the form of “Tokens” or “Credits” (collectively, “Digital Tokens”). These Digital Tokens are a virtual currency intended for use on an affiliated digital entertainment platform (the “Platform”).
The purchase of Digital Tokens grants you a limited, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use those Digital Tokens to consume digital services on the Platform.
3. Purchase and Delivery
Account: To purchase Digital Tokens, you must provide a valid email address. You are responsible for the accuracy of this email address.
Delivery: Upon a successful purchase, your Digital Tokens will be electronically delivered (credited) to your user account on the Platform associated with the email address you provided during checkout. If no account exists, one may be created for you on the Platform to receive the Digital Tokens.
Affiliated Platform: This Site sells Digital Tokens only. The services on which these tokens are used are provided by an affiliated but separate entity. We are not responsible or liable for the operation of, or your use of, the Platform.
4. Token Usage and Value
- Digital Tokens are not legal tender and have no cash value.
- They cannot be redeemed, exchanged, or refunded for real-world currency.
- Digital Tokens are non-transferable. You may not sell, trade, or transfer your Digital Tokens to any other person.
- All sales of Digital Tokens are final.
5. Payments
You agree to pay all fees and applicable taxes incurred by you or anyone using an account registered to you. We may revise the pricing for the Digital Tokens at any time.
6. Refund Policy
All sales of Digital Tokens are final and non-refundable, except as required by law. Please review our Refund Policy for further details. Initiating a chargeback for reasons other than unauthorized fraud may result in the permanent suspension of your account on both this Site and the Platform.
7. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to our Site immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
8. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall vv-tokens.com, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of (or inability to use) the Site or Digital Tokens.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the EU, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time.
