Due to the nature of our products, all purchases of Digital Tokens (also known as “Credits”) are final and non-refundable.
These are digital, intangible goods that are delivered (credited to your platform account) instantly upon purchase. Once a Digital Token is delivered, it is considered “used” and “consumed,” and we cannot retrieve it or provide a refund.
Exceptions
No refunds will be granted for any reason, including dissatisfaction with the product or any services on which the Digital Tokens are used. We do not issue refunds if your account is banned or suspended for a violation of our Terms of Service.
We will only issue refunds if we are unable to deliver the Digital Tokens to your account or as explicitly required by applicable law in your jurisdiction.
Chargebacks
By purchasing Digital Tokens from this Site, you agree to this Refund Policy. Initiating a fraudulent chargeback (claiming a transaction was unauthorized when it was not) will result in an immediate and permanent ban from this Site and the affiliated platform.
